Experience

Dr Tinashe Vengesayi is a fellow of the Royal College of pathologists of Australasia.

He trained in pathology in Queensland, and was mainly based at the Prince Charles Hospital during his registrar years. On completion of his training in 2013, Dr Vengesayi was appointed to the position of staff specialist, also at the Prince Charles Hospital. He held that position for a year and then moved to join Melbourne Pathology from 2015 to 2023 where he practiced histopathology and gained extensive experience in histopathology, intraoperative consultations and cytopathology. Dr Vengesayi has a special interest in skin pathology,  gastrointestinal tract pathology, head and neck and upper aerodigestive tract pathology, and advances in digital pathology. He joined Infinity Pathology in January 2024.
